How much are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?
Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 3.99. Free shipping within the Netherlands when you order for at least € 50.
What are the payment methods?
Creative Lab 72 accepts the following payment methods: IDeal, Credit Card, Sofort (only within the EU), Mister Cash, Sepa, and Bank Contact.
Deliveries will be shipped via Post NL in The Netherlands, or DHL Parcel service. Depending on the weight and value. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Do you also ship abroad and what are the costs?
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. We deliver to Europe, UK and the USA.
You can return any item purchased on Creative Lab 72 within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
Fill out the Return Form.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the label over the prior delivery information.
Contact DHL to arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish or drop-off your parcel at a DHL Access Point of your choice.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

For sendings within and out of the European Union (EU): Please send the package back to our warehouse at your own expense.
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
Bank Transfer: the reimbursed sum will be available within 72 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
I have not received my order?
If you haven't received your order within 4 days after ordering , please contact us by phone or email and we will do what we can to solve the problem.
